This Privacy Policy describes how Bada Digital, LLC (“we,” “us” — the registered d/b/a of Bada Boom Marketing, LLC) handles information in connection with bada.digital (the “Site”) and our services. By using the Site you agree to this Policy and to the Terms of Service, including its dispute-resolution provisions.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. The Site has no user accounts and takes no payments. Our contact form composes an email in your own mail client — the Site itself does not store what you write; we receive it as ordinary email when you choose to send it. If you email, call, or book a call with us, we receive whatever you share, such as your name, company, contact details, and information about your business.
Information collected automatically. We use analytics and tag-management services that set cookies and collect device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction data — to understand how the Site is used and to measure our own marketing:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC);
- Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.), in production;
- Wistia (Wistia, Inc.), which measures viewing activity when you play video on the Site.
What we do not collect. We do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, we do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, and we do not sell personal information.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to you, provide and improve our services and the Site, run and measure our own marketing, maintain security, comply with law, enforce our agreements, and operate our business — including showcasing client work as described in the Terms of Service. If you contact us about our services, we may follow up with you about them; you can opt out of marketing follow-ups at any time by telling us or using an unsubscribe link where provided.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information with:
- service providers that operate the Site and our tooling (such as Google, Vercel, and Wistia), under their own terms;
- professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality;
- authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
- a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply until changed.
Analytics cookies set by Google may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can limit them using the controls in Section 4.
4. Cookies and your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics and ad-personalization controls at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies does not prevent the Site from working. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for our legitimate business records, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email howdy@bada.digital with your request; we may need to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in a jurisdiction whose privacy law grants additional rights, we will honor them to the extent the law requires.
7. Children and international visitors
The Site is a business-to-business website, is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. The Site is operated from the United States; if you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction's.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date; the posted version is the one in effect. Questions and requests: howdy@bada.digital, or 312-600-8001.
